About

The Martlet Kitchen is coming to Rochdale soon and will launch as part of Rochdale Town Hall’s grand reopening in Spring 2024.

Sample the locally sourced menu in the stunning surroundings of the gothic town hall. The menu reflects the people of Rochdale, celebrating its diversity and taking inspiration from local delicacies.

Enjoy the grab-and-go lunch option or sample afternoon tea, combining traditional elements with a modern twist.

On Friday and Saturday evenings, the kitchen will remain open until 9pm, with a fine dining experience after hours.

Executive Chef Darren Parkinson will serve up regional-inspired recipes along with traditional Sunday lunches which includes a vegan option and something suitable for everyone to enjoy.
