Suitable for: families and children aged 5 and under.
Cost: £4. You can pay over the phone or at the Box Office at Heywood Civic Centre or Middleton Arena.
Booking: yes. To book call 0300 303 8633 or pop into the centre. The booking line is open 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Facilities: parking, wheelchair accessible, refreshments, toilets for disabled visitors.
What you need to bring: nothing.

Bend, stretch and balance in this fun yoga session based on all of your favourite dinosaurs. Includes a toddler yoga session followed by a messy play session.

Tea and coffee are available for parents and included in the price. Other refreshments are available to buy.
