Far Wicken Hall is situated on the Saddleworth border, in a unique secluded setting with private access.
The farm offers a self-catered cottage as well as B&B rooms.
The cottage is an extensive fully renovated barn on a small working farm, which overlooks Ogden reservoir, it has uninterrupted views of the South Pennines, making it ideal family accommodation.
It is also perfect for people coming to the area on business, as we are only 5 mins from M62 exits 21 and 22.
The cottage is fully central heated throughout, it boasts 3 spacious double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one of which is downstairs. As expected there is a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area has a flat screen TV, DVD player, luxury leather seating and a wood burning stove.
On arrival all guests receive an extensive complimentary welcome pack, consisting of home made produce. Children are most welcome to see the farm animals and our pets.
Far Wicken Hall is personally managed by Fiona who has 30 years hotel management experience, being the only Visit Britain 5 star rated property in a 25 mile radius, making it ideal for the more discerning guest.
