Situated in the South Pennine countryside close to Hollingworth Lake and within walking distance of the Pennine Way and Pennine Bridleways. Minutes from the M62, Junction 21 with great train and tram links with Manchester in one direction and Yorkshire in the other.

The Oak Cottage is a sustainably constructed 2 bedroom cottage. There is a utility room and wet room down stairs. Upstairs there are 2 luxury bedrooms, both with ensuite, one with a large shower and feature bath.

Stabling for horses and storage of horseboxes and cycles are available.
